BERD is involved in another project in Germany. The MSS M40-I was recently supplied to Kropp for the construction of one bridge integrated in the new A44. The new highway, that will connect Kassel to Herleshauen, will integrate the European traffic routes, connecting Benelux countries to Poland and Soviet Union.
The bridge will be composed by two parallel decks, with total length of 520 meters, built by BERD’s Movable Scaffolding System M40-I. This underslung MSS, already in the second span, was designed for the construction of the bridge deck fully ensuring design specifications, allowing industrialized cycles and minimal disassembly between viaducts.
